About Me

Hello Killian Family! I am Iva Gaymon Jackson, born and raised in a little town called Paxville, South Carolina but have lived in Columbia since graduating from South Carolina State University (Go Bulldogs!!!) I have spent the last 15 years in education teaching Kindergarten, Second, Third, and Fifth grade in Richland One and am so excited to be apart of the Killian family teaching Fourth grade.

I have 3 sons ages 17, 14, and 9. My oldest son is a Senior and plays basketball at Blythewood High School, so you may see me at many of the games cheering the Bengals on to victory. All 3 are very active in sports so I spend a lot of my time in the community at various gyms watching them play basketball.

I love anything chocolate, traveling, reading or watching a good movie on lazy rainy days. I believe in the power of positivity and following ones heart. Life is short, so make the most out of the time you have!
